Shipment costs

Shipping costs are based on weight and destination.
Free shipping on orders over:

€ 100 (Spain)

€ 120 (Rest of Europe)

Excluding special offers and promotions.


In case of returning goods:

We do not pay for the return shipping costs.

Delivery
We will do our utmost to deliver your package as soon as possible. If products are unexpectedly not deliverable, we will inform you by mail or phone.

  1. You are required to purchase the products at the time when they are made available to you.

  2. If you fail to supply correct instructions necessary for delivery, the products intended for delivery will be stored at your own risk and cost.

  3. If you have entered a wrong address for delivery, then the additional shipping costs will be yours.

  4. Within 30 days after the delivery, you have the right to terminate the agreement. To do this, send an email to info@naturalcbdevolution.com or use the contact form. Payments will be returned to you within 14 days after receipt of the product at Natural CBD Evolution Limited.

Returns

This right does not apply if:

  1. the product has been used

  2. you tried to modify or to restore the product

  3. original package and / or attached tags are missing

We request you check the received products for defects. After the cooling off period we cannot make any exceptions regarding exchange and/or return.

You need to announce the return to info@naturalcbdevolution.com.
We will help you with the further procedure.

Within Europe, the announced products need to be received by us within 14 days after announcement. The shipping costs of the return will be the customers.
If returns come in later than the above mentioned period, or returns are not paid or are underpaid, we will charge you a minimum of € 15.

We will handle the return within 14 days after receipt of the returned products.

All returns are your own responsibility. Natural CBD Evolution Limited advises you to send your package using track & trace, the post office will help you with this. Natural CBD Evolution Limited shall not be held liable for loss of the package(s) in case of being returned without track & trace.
